Blooming Where We’re Planted
Signature Landscape Inc. owner, Bill Gordon, founded this forward-thinking company in 1989. A central goal drove his vision then, as it does now: to make the mark of quality the company’s “Signature.”
Since 1998, Signature has occupied the location near 151st and Pflumm in Olathe, Kansas. The 20,000-square-foot facility is situated on 10 acres and is the hub of activity for 55 full-time employees. That staff number can rise to over 155 during the peak season.
Our fleet includes over 70 customized vehicles equipped with a wide array of specialized machinery that incorporates the latest, most efficient technology, like Wright Stander mowers and Z-Spray lawn application machines, to ensure that our crews are as effective as possible. All crews are in constant contact with management staff via direct-connect cell phones to provide the instant communication and prompt service delivery our customers have come to expect from the Signature team of professionals.
In 2006, Signature opened its North Branch, with about 30,000-square-feet of space, in the Hunt Midwest Subtropolis at I-435 and Highway 210. This location allows for even better service to clients in Kansas City’s Northland.
